The Association of Anaesthetists is a membership organisation for anaesthetists, with over 10,000 members. Our main aims are to advance and improve patient care and safety and to promote and support education and research in the field of anaesthesia. We also represent, protect, support and advance the interests of our members.

This brand new role will provide public affairs and press support for the advocacy and campaigns programme. The postholder will play a crucial role in developing the Association’s external voice by responding to policy developments and press opportunities. Application deadline 4 August 2023.
The post holder will support the Digital Content Manager in implementing the Association’s digital strategy. They will create web content that is user focused, accessible and optimised for search engines. They will develop and maintain a content schedule, coordinating activities across the organisation and will build relationships with a variety of subject matter experts.
